We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused: The product must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, free from any pet hair or odors.
Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
Once you receive the RA number, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original accessories and packaging.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided along with the RA number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
3. Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days of receiving your package.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
